REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

Camera-Ready Documents Submission:

The documents should be submitted only after the official acceptance of the manuscript:

 

  1. Final Updated Paper

Please read the reviews of your paper and follow the reviewers' recommendations for revising it and preparing the final version. When you are done with the revision, please print out your paper and carefully proofread it. Review formatting requirements can be found on the Submission Guidelines page.

 

  1. Copyright Form

Before submitting your paper, make sure you have added the correct copyright form with the Email. The paper title and complete author details should be included in the first page. In the last page, the corresponding author should sign the Copyright. The corresponding author must submit the copyright of the accepted paper to IEEE in order to include the paper in ICOEI 2023 program and conference proceedings.

The conference fee includes participation in all technical sessions and keynote program, individual certificates, one conference kit, DVD Conference Proceedings.

 

  1. Payment

 

Cancellation/Refund Policy

No refunds are granted for “no-shows”: A justified reason is required to cancel a registration, please send an Email to icoei.conf@gmail.com

 

Authors:

  • Registrations cancelled more than 30 days before the event (on or before March 25, 2023) will be refunded 60% of the registration fees.
  • Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event (March 26, 2023 or later) will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Listeners:

  • Registrations cancelled more than 10 working days before the event are eligible for a refund of the registration fees paid, less a INR 1800/70 USD as administration charge.
  • No refunds are available for cancellations made within 10 working days of the event.

 

If the author does not attend the conference and present their paper, and if a co-author does not register in the author’s place and presents their paper, then the paper will NOT be submitted to IEEE Xplore. No refund will be granted in this case.

 

Refunds:

Refunds of registration paid by any mobile payments bank will be made by refunding to that mobile payments bank. Refunds of registrations paid by bank account will be made to the same bank account. Refund will be initiated 2-3 weeks after the conference event.
